Brandon has been married to his wife, Heather, since 2005. They have three children; Grace, Sophie, and Hudson. In the first 11 years of their lives together school and work have taken them from the west coast to the east, starting in California they have also lived in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Brandon has a particular enjoyment in studying the Old Testament. Within the last few years he has picked up golf and if you saw him play you would probably advise him to put it back down. Together as a family they enjoy anything outdoors such as camping, boating, and swimming, except in July and August in Texas 🙂
Ed was ordained as an elder at Grace Bible Church in August of 2016. He and his lovely wife, Clara have been married since 2005. Clara is a 2nd grade teacher at Gatesville Elementary School. Colby has been at Grace Bible Church since 2004. He is actually a descendant of Davey Crockett, but that won’t get you much, according to him. He has been married to his charming wife, Vicki, since 1989 and has 3 children plus 1. Wesley (the oldest) and his wife Terah, Shelby, and Laramie. He is commonly referred to as “Luther” because of his bold nature and speech. But he is really quite soft once you get to know him. He loves hunting, fishing, the outdoors, history, and the Bible.
Brandon is the associate pastor at Grace Bible Church. Brandon was born and raised in the west suburbs of Chicago, IL. He graduated from Boyce College in Louisville, KY with a B.A. in biblical and theological studies and obtained an M.A. from Dallas Theological Seminary in May of 2015.

Founding Elders (Not Currently Active)
Joe was one of the original elders at Grace Bible Church. He has been married to his lovely wife, Sharon since 1989. They have four children, two son-in-laws, and five grandkids. Their children are from oldest to youngest, Jordan Stern (wife of Brandon Stern), Hannah Knox (wife of Dexter Knox), J.D., and Rebekah. Joe graduated from Tarleton State University and is currently a partner in a family business in which they manufacture roof and floor trusses. They enjoy spending time with their children (and grandchildren!) and watching basketball and other sports. Joe is also a member of the Gatesville ISD School Board.
David was one of the original elders at Grace Bible Church. He has been married to his lovely wife Sharon since 1991. They currently have ten children! They are, from eldest to youngest, Isaac (and his wife Sarah), Faith Parrish (and her husband Tim), Peter, Matthew, Michael, Ruth, Bethany, Nathan, Mary, and Daniel. David graduated from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. Sharon’s time is devoted to teaching the children at home. The Westerfelds are a third generation farm family and they reside on a farm purchased by David’s grandfather in the early 1900s. The family’s time is spent raising cattle, tending to chickens, milking their cow, growing wheat and corn, and many other activities that accompany the life of rustic simplicity. For the members at GBC, this family is a breath of fresh air. Their pleasures involve attending church, traveling together, going on various mission trips, and working together.
