Sunday Seminars

Sunday Seminars are simply a revamped and diversified version of Sunday school. Our desire is to offer multiple classes with multiple teachers that will touch on various topics ranging from faith, theology, history of the church, and how we live our lives for Christ. Each Sunday Seminar course will be either 6 or 12 weeks long and will meet from 9:30 am to 10:30 am Sunday mornings. These courses are open to everyone 9th grade and above.

Course Schedule:

Pseudo Christian Religions – June 4th through August 6th

How to Read the Bible – June 4th through August 6th

Course Info:

Pseudo Christian Religions:
Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses and Christian Science claim to be “Christian.” Are they or are they not? Join Jeff Mincy as we explore the differences in doctrines, and why they are right or wrong. You might even learn a thing or two in refuting them should they show up at your door.

How to Read the Bible:
The Bible is lumped into one book. But in reality it is comprised of many books, with different authors writing in different styles. How you read Genesis is different from how you read Song of Solomon, or Revelation. Join Brandon Hitt as he informs us how to approach and read scripture.
